It is important that students bring a nutritious lunch each day.  The Canyon City Foods provides a daily lunch program for $3.50.     All lunches include a choice of white milk, apple juice, or water.  White milk, apple juice and water is sold a la carte for $.50.    In order to minimize waste of food, we encourage parents to check the menu daily to make certain that it is something your child/ren will eat.

An a la carte program is available for grades 5 thru 8 only.  The lunches must be ordered in class by 8:30 a.m..   The lunch card can not be used for the a la carte menu.

If a lunch is brought in late, it is the student’s responsibility to come to the office and get it. FAST FOOD LUNCHES ARE NOT ALLOWED.   If you bring a Fast Food Lunch, your child will have to eat it in the school office.  Students have a thirty minute lunch period.  They are expected to stay at the tables in order to eat their lunches for at least fifteen minutes.
