

Children are not permitted to leave the school grounds at any time during school hours without written permission of a parent and/or explicit permission from the principal. Children may not at any time go to the Rectory, Parish Hall, Adoration Chapel, or Church without teacher supervision or permission.
There is no direct supervision prior to 7:45 a.m. or after 3:15 p.m.. The school assumes no responsibility for students on the grounds before 7:45 a.m. or after 3:15 p.m. unless they are participating in a school sponsored activity.
Siblings who are enrolled at St. Dorothy School are not supervised at school sponsored activities; other arrangements must be made for them or they must attend After School Care Program. Any child who is allowed to ride a bicycle or walk home after school must have a written note of permission kept on file in the school office.
PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE STUDENT RESTROOMS. THEY MUST USE THE RESTROOMS IN THE PARISH CENTER.
ALL VISITORS TO THE CAMPUS MUST SIGN IN AT THE OFFICE AND RECEIVE A VISITOR’S BADGE FROM THE SECRETARY. THIS IS FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE STUDENTS. (This includes anyone who is not a St. Dorothy student or a St. Dorothy employee.)
