Varsity Girls Volleyball
In their second game of the season, the varsity girls’ volleyball team played St. Madeleine on Tuesday and won by a score of 2 games to none.Excellent overhand serving combined with good setting and passing led to the victory.The team is now 2-0 in league play.

J. V. Girls Volleyball
The J.V. girls volleyball team will play its first game on Wednesday, Oct. 1, against Our Lady of Assumption (OLA) in Claremont.There was a wonderful turn-out for the try-outs last week. The team members for the 2008 season are:

Varsity Boys Football
The football team played their first game on Thursday, Sept. 18, against Holy Name of Mary.They won by a score of 41 to 12.In their second game, played against St. Frances of Rome on Tuesday, Sept. 23, they came away with their second victory with a score of 35 to 6.St. Dorothy’s smothering defense, combined with a strong passing and running game on offense, led to the team to both victories.The team record is 2 wins and 0 losses.
