Report Card Periods
Formal reporting of student achievement will be offered on a trimester basis. Dates may be found in the School Calendar.

Progress reports will be sent to the parents of students who are in jeopardy of receiving grades of C- or below in any subject midway through each quarter.  A student that is participating in a school sport and is receiving 2 or more Progress Reports in academics and/or one in behavior will be placed on probation for two weeks.  These forms are to be signed by the parent and the teacher’s copy returned within the week it was issued.  DETENTION WILL BE GIVEN FOR NOT RETURNING SIGNED FORMS.

Report cards are issued three times a year at the end of each trimester.  The factors considered in grading are class participation, satisfactory completion of class and homework assignments, and success in oral and written tests.  If a student is absent 15 days within a given quarter, he/she will not receive academic grades for that quarter.

Parents are requested to sign the report card envelope and return it to the school within one week. Parents keep the report card.
