Welcome to the St. Dorothy Catholic School PTO

At St. Dorothy Catholic School, we believe a strong school community is built when families, teachers, and school leadership work together. Our Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) brings our community together through service, fellowship, fundraising, and events that help make the St. Dorothy experience special for every student and family.

Throughout the school year, the PTO plans family events, supports school traditions, coordinates volunteer opportunities, and leads fundraising efforts that directly benefit our students and school. Whether you have a few hours to volunteer, can lend a hand at an event, attend a PTO meeting, or simply participate with your family, there is a place for everyone to be involved.

What We Do

Our PTO works throughout the year to:

• Bring students and families together through fun and meaningful school events.
• Support our teachers, faculty, and staff.
• Provide programs, activities, and resources that enrich our students' school experience.
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities that allow families to get involved and give back.
• Organize fundraising efforts that provide additional resources and opportunities for our school.
• Build school spirit and strengthen relationships throughout the St. Dorothy community.
• Foster communication and collaboration among families, faculty, school leadership, and our parish.

You Are Part of the PTO

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a student at St. Dorothy Catholic School, you are already part of our PTO community. Our PTO also includes our Pastor, Principal, and faculty, reflecting our shared commitment to supporting our students and school.

There are many ways to participate, and every family can find a level of involvement that works for them. Volunteer for an event, join a committee, attend a meeting, support a fundraiser, or simply come out and enjoy an activity with your family. Every contribution of time, talent, and support helps strengthen our school community.

Together, we can create memorable experiences for our students, support the people who make St. Dorothy such a special place, and continue building a welcoming, faith-filled community for all of our families.

The financial operations of the PTO are conducted in accordance with the St. Dorothy Catholic School PTO Bylaws to ensure responsible stewardship, transparency, and accountability.
