Admissions Process
On behalf of our Facutly, Staff, and Clergy, we are grateful that you are considering a Catholic education for your child at St. Dorothy Catholic School! Below you will find our application for the 2024-2025 school year as well as our Tuition and Fee Schedule and all other enrollment documents. - Students may enter our TK program if they are 4-years old by September 1st of the year entering.
- Kindergarteners may enter if turning 5-years old by September 1st of the year entering.
Required Enrollment Documents
- Immunization records
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Copy of latest report card
- Copy of STAR testing, if completed at prior school
- Baptism and First Communion certificates, if completed
Kindergarten or Grade 1 Enrollment
- If your child is entering Kindergarten or Grade 1, you will also need:
CHDP Form PM 171A*: Proof of current physical examination.
Required 18 months prior and up to 90 days after enrolling in First Grade.
